Sally Leese is a highly credible and results driven HR professional with 20 years Blue chip experience. Sally has proven leadership expertise, a practical approach to problem solving, and the personal drive and enthusiasm to undertake new challenges and deliver results. She specializes in organisational and cultural change programmes, and is experienced at operating in commercial organisations at Board level, and with Directors and functional leaders. She is a qualified and highly experienced performance coach. Previous to working with Muika Leadership, Sally was Head of Corporate HR, Cadbury Trebor. Sally has a BA (Hons)
Julie Sanders has been involved in Learning & Development, specifically Management, Leadership & Personal Development throughout her career, having initially qualified as a teacher. Her expertise lies in Organisational Development & Performance Management, Strategic planning, team building, human resource & training strategies, performance review & appraisal systems. She is also qualified in Development and Assessment Centers, and using psychometric & ability tests to define and assess a wide variety of management competences. Julie is a qualified executive coach. She has a BEd (Hons)
Huw Gosling is an experienced, accredited learning facilitator, who has a vast experience of training design and delivery, aligned with the promotion of continuous professional development nationally and internationally. His considerable practical experience, including the management of critical incidents and complex investigations in a capital city, add unique elements of credibility around leadership and performance delivery. Previous to working with Muika Leadership, Huw was a Superintendant in the Police Service and worked with The National Policing Improvement Agency. Huw is a qualified executive coach and NLP practitioner.
Ruth Overton is a leadership and emotional intelligence specialist, and is highly skilled in helping individuals and organisations communicate more effectively. She is trained in conflict resolution and mediation, with a particular interest in how conflict manifests itself in organisations. Ruth is a qualified coach, and, before joining Muika Leadership, worked as a training consultant in strategic conference planning and multi-agency networking facilitation. She has a BN (Hons)
Tod O’Brien is a specialist in leadership and diversity, and is particularly skilled at designing creative and impactive programmes that get tangible results. He firmly believes that everyone can succeed through opening their minds to the power of emotional intelligence and focussed thinking. He has extensive experience of working internationally with clients across South America and Africa. Previous to working with Muika Leadership, Tod served in the Police Service and in the Army. He is a qualified coach and Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management.
John Wells’ expertise lies in his extensive background in diversity, equality and inclusion training. He has a natural ability to marry humour and sobriety, which inform his approach. A former secondary school teacher, John is focussed on simplicity in communication, which he uses to great effect when working with teams. John has a BA and PGCE, and is an NLP practitioner.
Matthew Heasman is a leadership professional, who is particularly skilled at working with complex personal and group dynamics. His specialist areas are in the fields of emotional intelligence and focussed thinking, and in diversity, equality and inclusion. Matthew displays an acute understanding of the groups he works with, from director and executive board level, through to young people who are disaffected. He is a qualified coach and NLP practitioner.
Cassius Campbell specialises in organisational development, and implementing business strategy into tangible results. He is exceptionally skilled at analysing the emotional, professional and developmental processes within organisations, and enables teams and individuals to re-evaluate their roles to create a more egalitarian workplace. He is an expert in diversity, equality and inclusion. Cassius has an MA in Psychoanalytic Approaches.
Meena Patel’s specialist areas are organisational development, and research and evaluation. She works with board members and senior managers to develop their leadership skills, as well as helping organisations build their capacity to deliver their ‘core’ business through effective team working. She is one of only a handful of approved consultants for the Equality Framework for Local Government throughout the UK. She is a qualified executive coach, and has an MSc and BA (Hons).
Mark Parsons experience lies in his exceptional communication skills, and his application of these in his Strategic Leadership development activities with the clients he works with. He is also a specialist in Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion programmes, which he has developed extensively within both the private and public sectors. Before working with Muika Leadership, Mark was a serving police officer responsible for managing critical incidents, and as such, brings a unique and finely tuned methodology to problem solving and decision making. He has a BA(Hons) and DMs.
Carolyn Peacock is an experienced leader having worked in a high pressured environment for many years. Her specialist area is as a coach and mentor, and having been an Assistant Chief Constable within the police service, she is particularly committed to supporting women achieve their career potential. Carolyn has a master’s degree, a diploma in management studies and is a qualified executive coach.
Philip Summers is a specialist in organisational change and strategic performance management. His ability to help clients get to the crux of an issue, and develop significant plans that get tangible outcomes is one of his key strengths. Philip has a BA (Hons) and is a part of the Institute of Leadership and Management.
